The hotel is conveniently located near the tube station and there is a supermarket in the area above, making it easy to access amenities. The room was small but clean, with fluffy towels provided in the ensuite bathroom. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. There was also a 24/7 hot drinks machine available, although it was temporarily broken during our stay. the location and basic amenities made for a satisfactory stay.
The hotel is in need of refurbishment, with shabby carpets and a lack of proper decorating.

The location was fantastic, with beautiful Regent's Park nearby and easy access to the tube and restaurants. The front desk staff, especially Robert, were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were cozy, and despite what others have said, we found the street noise to be minimal. The free breakfast was a great bonus, and the price was affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near Baker Street station, making it easy to access local public transport. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a convenient location. The price for the room was excellent and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The included breakfast was a great bonus, with a wide variety of options including wonderful coffee.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
